The Macon Bacon is a baseball team playing in the Coastal Plain League (CPL). The team is based in Macon, Georgia and plays its home games at Luther Williams Field in Macon. Macon Bacon started playing in the CPL in the 2018 season and competes in the league’s East division.
The Luther Williams Field was built in 1929, located in the center of Central City Park in Macon. Today, it is the second-oldest minor league stadium in the country.
